French Montana has shared new footage that suggests he will appear on the next installment of Kanye West and Ty Dolla $ign‘s Vultures album series.

On Sunday (March 3), the New York City rapper shared a short video to his Instagram Stories in which he was with Ye and Ty inside a studio. Though no music was playing in the clip, Ty could be seen and heard adding vocals to a song.

“Back to work [wave and surfing emojis] @tydollasign @ye Vultures 2 coming soon,” he captioned it.

Furthermore, he shared a picture next to the pair, both of whom he’s collaborated with in the past.

Kanye West has not one, but two appearances on French Montana’s latest project, Mac & Cheese 5.

Ye’s first appearance on the mixtape, which hit streaming platforms in late February, is on a song called “Stand United” alongside Buju Banton and SAINt JHN. The track features him going back-and-forth with French over a beat by Dem Jointz and Ye himself.

I done been in the game 20 years and that’s on Donda,” Kanye raps on the joint, with French responding in the next line: “I done been in the game 15 years, please remind ’em.”

The duo appear once more alongside Westside Gunn on “Where They At,” which is also produced by Dem Jointz with BoogzDaBeast.

The track begins with a recording of Kanye confronting paparazzi after he walked into a street sign back in 2013. Once more, he goes back-and-forth with French in the second verse, recalling the days when he was only known as a producer before admitting he doesn’t know the whereabouts of his 24 Grammys.

Remember when they asked dumb shit like, ‘Can he rap?’/ I don’t even know where most my Grammy’s at,” he raps at the start of his verse.

The two previously joined forces in 2016 on “Figure It Out” with Nas, and they’ve had a strong relationship since.

As for Vultures 2, its last reported release was for March 8 per the January announcement revealing that the project would be split into three installments. Vultures 1 arrived just one day after its scheduled release date of February 9, so it’s possible the remaining parts are still on schedule.
