YesJulz plans to fire back at Kanye West and his team with a countersuit for her recent termination, that is unless he steps in to make things right.
In a series of tweets posted on Friday (March 29), the talent manager and entrepreneur (real name Julianne Goddard) set the record straight regarding her unceremonious departure from Team Yeezy and the pending lawsuit filed against her by the mogul’s chief of staff Milo Yiannopoulos shortly after.
“This that ‘i never actually signed my contract or NDA’ level of calm (As Milo clearly stated in his termination letter for all to see),” she captioned a picture of her signature on her driver’s license next to the signature she alleges Milo forged. “I was then sent a signed NDA two days after my ‘fuck an nda‘ comment With a signature that is VERY CLEARLY not mine.
“by the time I’m done with my legal filings someone will be in jail as forging a signature is a federal crime punishable by up to 10 years in prison in the state of California Amongst other charges that are OTW HAPPY GOOD FRIDAY.”
She then gave the team a little over two weeks to drop their lawsuit against her, which they allege is for violating an NDA that she claims she never signed.
“I got the meta data on the document,” she wrote. “I have voice notes of our calls. Ive got screen shots of his racist slurs Sexual harassment. You name it I keep all my receipts. Like i said i dare somebody to try and take food of my daughter’s plate. They have 15 days to drop their silly little claims before my counter suit is filed. I state this publicly because i was fired publicly. This is the game they want to play Im ready to play it now.”
In another post, she added: “I prefer to go the peaceful route. Pay me the money i’m owed for work completed – plus damages for slander and forging of my signature and everything can be water under the bridge.”
When a social-media user asked her why she was sharing such sensitive information online rather than in court, Julz replied: “I come here to speak my peace because i care only for my truth to be known amongst my personal supporters and audience- not clout or additional eyeballs.
“I really dont even want to do this. My problem lies with Milo. But i cant ignore that the rest of the team, including the founder of company, has been complicit. I have no choice but to fight back.”
“By the way – i reached out to every mutual friend i could think of urging them to have @kanyewest call me so i wouldn’t have to move forward with a countersuit I assume everyone is too pussy to address him about this so this is my last attempt before i take action.”

Kanye West cut ties with Julz last month, writing on his Instagram Stories: “We have decided to no longer have YesJulz involved in the rollout of Vultures. All the activity on her page and with our fans in the past few days has been unauthorized.”
An email purportedly written by Milo that was sent to her also began circulating online soon after that, revealing the Chicago native’s team is suing her for $7.7 million for violating her NDA. Initially, Julz said that’s not really the case.

“[Kanye] has not told me he is suing me. I have not seen HIS signature on the paper,” she said in a Twitter post in late March while responding to a fan who asked her why she was still praising him.
She continued: “The letter of intent to arbitrate was very clearly written by Milo.Signed by Ye’s lawyer, who is also at the will of Milo. If the suit moves forward and Ye allows it to, sure i may feel different. & i’ll do what needs to be done to defend myself. I have no fear because i’ve done no wrong.
“Until then, i have compassion and grace for Ye as i know first hand how the people around him move & i feel its only a matter of time before the truth is revealed & he realizes whats truly going on. I pray for his continued success & protection.”
