Diddy‘s sexual assault accuser Lil Rod has said he is willing to cooperate with the federal investigation into the Bad Boy Records founder for sex trafficking.
The producer, who worked with Puffy on The Love Album: Off the Grid, has not yet been interviewed by authorities but according to TMZ, he is happy to do so.
While Diddy’s ex-girlfriend Cassie has reportedly been cooperating with law enforcement, Lil Rod (real name Rodney Jones) has not yet been called upon to provide testimony regarding his accusations of sexual assault, sexual harassment and sex trafficking.
TMZ says that Rod is waiting to be contacted by investigators and that he “feels vindicated” in his lawsuit after the Homeland Security raids on multiple Diddy properties.
The Hip Hop mogul has not yet been arrested or charged with any crime and continues to vehemently deny any wrongdoing.
In his initial lawsuit against Diddy, filed in February, Lil Rod accused Diddy of making him watch him shower naked and attempting to coerce him into having gay sex.
Rod also alleges that Puffy had his son Justin Combs and Bad Boy producer Stevie J solicit underage sex workers to attend parties at his mansion.
The suit also includes claims that Rod was sexually assaulted by Cuba Gooding Jr. on Diddy’s yacht and that a cousin of Yung Miami also sexually assaulted him.
In a recent amendment to the lawsuit, Lil Rod made further claims including that Diddy paid three women — Yung Miami, Daphne Joy and Jade Ramey — a monthly stipend for sex.
Diddy denied the allegations and called the lawsuit “baseless.”
His attorney Shawn Holley said in a statement: “Lil Rod is nothing more than a liar who filed a $30 million lawsuit shamelessly looking for an undeserved payday. His reckless name-dropping about events that are pure fiction and simply did not happen is nothing more than a transparent attempt to garner headlines.”
She added: “We have overwhelming, indisputable proof that his claims are complete lies. Our attempts to share this proof with [Lil Rod]’s attorney, Tyrone Blackburn, have been ignored, as Mr. Blackburn refuses to return our calls.
“We will address these outlandish allegations in court and take all appropriate action against those who make them.”
