Doja Cat has offered an alternate to Hip Hop’s ‘Big 3,’ which many believe consists of Kendrick Lamar, Drake and J. Cole.
Taking to Twitter on Wednesday (April 3), the Los Angeles native wondered aloud why Pitbull never comes up in the conversation about the culture’s primary stakeholders.
“HOW is Pitbull not in the big 3?????????” she wrote.
When then asked who her ‘Big 3’ is made up of, she replied: “Pitbull, Chingy, and Baby Bash.”
While Mr. Worldwide did start his career off as a rapper on Lil Jon‘s now-defunct TVT Records label, he has since transitioned to pop and Latin Hip Hop, which could disqualify him from the conversation.
Given her extensive history of trolling fans for fun, it’s highly likely that the above take wasn’t intended to be taken seriously.

After taking a social media hiatus last month, Doja Cat is back online as she prepares to drop the deluxe version of 2023’s Scarlet album — Scarlet 2: Claude Frollo will go live on Friday (April 5).
In an Instagram post earlier this week, she teased a surprise cameo on one of the songs from her upcoming release. In a video snippet of her part from her upcoming “Masc” single, the silhouette of her guest briefly flashed on the screen.
Judging by the hair and what appear to be shoulder pads, many social-media user hopped in the comments to suggest that it might be Teezo Touchdown, who also seemed to confirm it the following day.
“American singer songwriter #teezotouchdown seen leaving east London hotel headed to Heathrow after allegedly being spotted in video circulating the internet,” he wrote with a photo of himself on Instagram as part of his TZO series.
When Doja unveiled the single’s cover art, which features a close-up of her platinum blonde hair, she was trolled non-stop by people who compared her hair to “pubes.”
The “Paint the Town Red” rapper subsequently went live on Instagram Live to clap back at her critics and their immature comments.
“I’m seeing a consistent pattern in my comment section of people asking, is my hair pubic hair?” she said. “And it’s not even questions. Some people are like, ‘That is what it is.’ We gotta move forward. Let’s stop… I need you guys to get on that … not comparing 4C hair textures to pubes.”
