Offset surprised students at a Baltimore high school this week and showed up with gift cards and over $30k worth of groceries for those who demonstrated great academic performance and attendance.

The former Migos rapper stopped by Dunbar High School ahead of his nearby Set It Off Tour stop later that night on Tuesday (March 12).

In partnership with the Baltimore Police Department, DTLR and LA Chow, the “Jealousy” rapper blessed not only the students but their families as well.

Offset’s Set It Off Tour, which kicked off last weekend in Philadelphia, is in support of his 2023 solo album. With 17 dates in total, the trek will conclude exactly a month later in his home state with a show in Atlanta.

Set It Off was released on October 13 and debuted at No. 5 on the Billboard 200 chart after earning 70,000 album-equivalent units in its first week.

Following the news, Offset took to Twitter to express his gratitude and wrote: “I want to thank everyone that love the album you guys dont know how hard I work on this project with all that went on in my life…we pushing through!!!!!”

In other news, Set recently spoke on his relationship with Quavo as there’s been much speculation around it – but he says things are all good between them.

During an appearance on Gillie Da Kid and Wallo’s Million Dollaz Worth of Game, the former Migos rapper reiterated his love for his groupmate and argued that neither he nor Quavo have any obligation to address the speculation surrounding their brotherhood.

“I don’t feel like I owe it to people to show how much me and bro love each other … We went through something,” he said. “We don’t have to show you n-ggas smiles and faces, so stop doing that. We aint on no sucker shit with each other. We both came in this shit together and we both knew that, we understood that, and we lost our brother.”

Offset went on to say that despite going through difficult times, he and Quavo are still “real brothers.”

“I still go through shit, I know bro go through shit,” he said. “N-ggas love each other though, at the end of the day. We men, we real brothers, and we cool with it, so be cool with it.”

He added: “Don’t ever try and turn us against each other. I hate that shit. At the end of the day, it ain’t your business.”
