Rihanna has been immortalized in wax by Madame Tussaud before, but her recent memorialization features her iconic Super Bowl Halftime Show look.

On Thursday (February 8), the wax museum unveiled its interpretation of the look that will be on display in Orlando, FL. The look captures the moment when the “S&M” singer revealed that she was pregnant with her second child with longtime partner A$AP Rocky.

“Rihanna is not only a global icon but also an inspiration to millions around the world,” Paul Gould, General Manager of Madame Tussauds Orlando, said about the wax figure in a statement to E! News. “With this interactive experience, we aim to give her fans a unique opportunity to step into her world and feel firsthand the energy of her performance.”

Rihanna lit the world on fire when she revealed her second pregnancy during her Super Bowl LVII Halftime Show last February – but the major moment actually wasn’t even planned.

Talking to Access Hollywood on the red carpet of her newest Puma launch on December 18, the mother of two explained that the unplanned reveal was merely a situation caused by her belly getting too big.

“Here’s the thing – I did what I had to do, right?” she laughed. “My jumper couldn’t zip up. No one knew I was pregnant, I just told my stylist to make sure it’s stretchy. So the underarm was stretchy and this was baggy but you know, the zip. It just stopped right there, so it had to be what it had to be!”

Parris Goebel, who choreographed what became the most-watched halftime show in history, shared nearly the same story just days after the show last February as well.

“[Rihanna was] not planning to make a reveal at all,” she told Good Morning America at the time. “She was going to maybe wear something baggy that didn’t really show and then leading up to the show we were just like, ‘Oh, she’s really showing.’”

Rihanna’s halftime show was her first live performance in almost five years, and it garnered nearly 121.017 million viewers on February 12.

On August 3, Rihanna gave birth to baby number two with A$AP Rocky – a son named Riot Rose Mayers.

The pair kept their first son’s name a secret for nearly a year – but just ahead of his first birthday, his Wu-Tang Clan-inspired name was revealed. RZA was born on May 13, 2022, making him just over one year older than his baby brother.
