Tony Yayo’s loyalty to 50 Cent is no secret, and he has now revealed the ways in which it has paid off.
In a new interview clip posted by VladTV on Tuesday (February 13), the G-Unit rapper talked about performing across the world on the Final Lap Tour, and how his longtime collaborator took care of his entire team throughout the trek.
“Everybody’s coming there, of course, to work for 50, ’cause 50 cuts the budget. But when you think of everything that’s behind it, from production, road management, catering, dancers, fuckin’ stewardess on the jet, pilots — everybody’s like one big team,” he explained. “And 50 pays for everything.”

Tony Yayo is the last G-Unit member to still be on good terms with 50 Cent, and that brotherhood has turned out to be a lucrative one for him.
During the same chat with DJ Vlad, Yayo went into detail about the gigantic Final Lap Tour, which covered more than 70 cities in over 20 countries between July and December last year.
While he didn’t divulge specific figures, the “So Seductive” rapper said that he made “six figures” as a supporting act on the trek, while revealing that the mogul himself made millions from tour merchandise alone.
“His merch is in the millions. He’s an icon,” the 45-year-old said. “You can ask anyone. The people that ran the tour from Live Nation, they’ll tell you: ‘Your favorite rapper can’t do what 50 just did.’”
When asked why he didn’t sell any of his own merch on the tour, Yayo said: “I don’t ask for too much. I’m making six figures, so why would I bother you for more? It’s cool. I’m not worried about that. Trust me, I’m making a great check […] The money is great, the money is excellent.”
As for 50’s tour earnings, Vlad speculated that he “probably made over $100 million gross in just ticket sales,” although Yayo declined to confirm those figures.
